PURE ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

The company operates under organic farming, as certified

by the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification.

Within maximum 2 hours of harvesting, the olives are defoliated, washed with cold running water, sifted and pressed, where the temperature is controlled so that it

does not exceed 19 ° / 20 ° C.

The olives, from which the Allegretti Organic Oil is made, are harvested exclusively on our farm land.

 

The whole production process is short-chain, therefore all operations ranging from collection until the final packaging they are carried out exclusively within the farm.
