Olive Oil Allegretti. Not a casual name, but the surname of a noble family belonging to the Order of the Knights of Malta, that of my grandmother Francesca, Duchess of Mirabella. Thanks to which our 12,000 olive trees, including monumental and young ones, grown in the heart of the Itria Valley, flourish.
My tribute to family heritage, to the sacrifices my grandparents experienced and the passion they passed on to me. A passion passed on to me quietly and resurfaced in due time.
The fusion of past and present, that is my method. The future, on the other hand, is in my oil.

HUMUS

The infinite expanse of green of the olive trees and the living stone of the dry stone walls, caressed by the breeze of a crystalline sea that embraces the blue sky. This extraordinary palette of colors draws an enchantment called Puglia , where with its lush olive trees we obtain a unique and precious oil.
